While written Arabic is standard throughout the Arab world, spoken Arabic varies as each Arab country speaks its own dialect. Spoken Egyptian is also taught at the language school. The main topics covered in the course are greetings, courtesies, geography, counting, timekeeping, food, clothing, shopping, banking, travel, weather, health, professions and personal life, family, and household.
