Registration, general terms & conditions

To register, please complete the booking form to ensure timely confirmation. As study places and often air travel places are limited, it is desirable to submit your booking as early as possible to dahab@study-arabi.com 

Once you have received the Letter of Acceptance from us, all we need from you is the arrival information (arrival date, airline with flight number and landing time) in Sharm-El-Sheikh for the transfer, if requested. As soon as the payment has been received, at the latest 30 days before the arrival date, you will receive the travel documents electronically from us one week before the arrival date.

Refunds

Course and accommodation fees are refundable if cancellation is requested in writing seven days prior to the arrival date - less a 25% administration fee. No administration fee will be charged for a change of booking to a later date within seven days of the arrival date, provided the size of the booking remains the same. If you do not make use of individual services because of early departure or for other reasons, no refunds can be made unless the school or the accommodation shows significant defects. In this case, you must first notify the school management of the defect and set a reasonable deadline for its rectification. This obligation does not apply only if remedial action is impossible, refused or if immediate termination of the contract is in your interest. In any case, we recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance, travel interruption insurance, travel liability insurance and travel health insurance.

Pass-, Visa-, Customs- and health regulations

As a traveller, you are responsible for complying with all regulations that are important for the performance of the tour. All disadvantages arising from non-compliance with passport, visa and health regulations shall be borne by you.
